This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Hi,

    New ASUS M50VM-b4. Just curious - does anyone have the Chicony USB 1.3MP camera on their laptop where the pic doesn't suck? The image from this thing is worse than the first webcam I ever had, back in the mid 90's and good ole CUCME. This is my only beef with the computer (after resolving a few issues) - the camera is so bad they should probably have left it off.
