    is there an Asus laptop (at leat 1.6Ghz Core 2 Duo or equivalent) that has a matte WSXGA+ (1680x1060) LCD screen? I've been trying to look for this one but it seems that the newer Asuses have glossy screens. please correct me if I'm wrong. I'm really interested.

    Nothing in Asus' current lineup has matte screen. Few manufacturers do anymore in their consumer lines.
