    Hi
Im looking into purchasing a gaming notebook,
Possibly a sager, but I prefer asus or hp as they are local(canada)
I was looking at the asus g51vx-a1, almost bought it but luckily looked first and i7's cameout.
    Im now looking at the

But Im wondering, could I user upgrade the gtx260 to a gtx280?
    Thanks.
Also what would the battery life be?

Well, you could, technically. However, Asus uses a weird GPU--it's reversed--and you need another reversed GPU to substitute. And the most poweful GPU Asus has at the moment is the GTX 260m.

(Well, I guess you could count the 4870 in the W90vp)

And to answer your second question, what tasks will you be doing on battery?

Techinally speaking ASUS's "HD 4870" is actually an overclocked HD 4850, because it uses DDR3 instead of GDDR5 VRAM.
