    Hi,

I just purchased a new Asus K53SM-SX010D, a model without any OS. But only after coming home , I saw driver CD contains only 64-bit drivers. Even their website doesn't contain 32-bit drivers.

Can anyone have any idea where to get 32-bit drivers? Or anyone who owns this model and installed windows 32bit successfully explain their experience?

Also please tell me which linux distro is good for this model, ie maximum driver support etc ? Ubuntu, Fedora... ?

    Please i need a help,
    Thanks in advance.

    1 through 7:
Fuduntu, Ubuntu, Fedora, Sabayon, Mint, Slackware (slax, maybe), Arch. (All good laptop centric distros, Fuduntu&Fedora a bit more than Ubuntu. Ubuntu easier support than the others for software. Driver support won't be an issue on either).
    8. Order Windows7 from MS.

You could hunt for individual drivers for each of the different components, and so on, from intel for chipset, nvidia for display, atheros for wifi drivers. But I'm pretty sure you can download well working enough drivers via windows update once you've installed your 32 bit Windows..
