    Can we expect anything like this before 2007? I can probably wait a little before getting my laptop (banking $$ in the mean time). I really would like something capable of running vista to its full potential.

    Ideas anyone?

    Intel just announced that merom will be launched in August...with laptops soon after to me stocking this chip...think apple mbp's...think jobs making a big speach in august...mmmm
    Anyways I suspect that other manf. will follow suit replacing current cpus with merom when they run out of stock, so there should be a few models with merom by Xmas hopefully.
