    8600M GT 256 or 512?

    Which is better for the C90...The 8600M GT 512 DDR2 or The 8600M GT 256 GDDR3

    I think this should be in the Graphics hardware section...
    There are many more learned threads on this topic, but to sum it up, the DDR3 would be better; I read somewhere that the extra RAM lets it utilize the less memory more efficiently than the ddr2 with more memory.

    Hardware based preformance wise- the gddr is 33% faster than the ddr2. However, new drivers slow it down considerably, stock ones are needed for full preformance.
