    Awesome. Thanks :)

I haven't OC'd it at all yet. Now that I know it is normal I may attempt to OC it in the future.

What program do you use to check your temps? Also, can those programs automatically screw up your laptop fan settings??

Guys I have the same, but some times I get 92C.
I was wondering if there is some way to get it low, did some of you ever tried to use a CASE with FAN? Like Zalman or Cooler Master models?
    I have one ASUS G50VT-x6

Hi and welcome to the forums.

Have you checked out the NBR's Cooling Guide? There's several options that could potentially help cool your system down.

gpu-z has a built in temp which is very accurate and speedfan does all as long as you dont check the automatic fan speed box. and i use coretemp for cpu.

Yea, the G50s have decent cooling, which means that in terms of performance tweaking, you're more likely to find the stability limits of the 9800M before you find the temperature limits.

Exo's thread is full of information of various kinds. It's kind of where a bunch of us lived for the past couple weeks while testing various configs. =P

Thank's for the informations, I'll check the Guide to Cooling and the Guide of the GPU.
