Dont buy from Cyberpower. It will take over a month to recieve it, the customer support is terrible, and they have terrible resellerratings. Worst online buying experience of my life.

They are both good notebooks. The case on the Z70va is a little more sturdy.

z70va is a better case looking than z71v, x700 graphic is faster than 6600go. Over all the performance, z70va should be better than z71v.

Z70Va is a better looking computer, but the Z71v gives the best price/performance ratio out of all Asus notebooks.
When the 6600 and the x700 are similarly clocked, they give equal perfomance; the only reason the Z70Va performs better (in benchmarks) is because the x700 is clocked higher by default than the Z71v's GeForce Go 6600

yup. They're both very good machines. I'd recommend the Z70va over the Z71v at the moment due to potential battery issues in the Z71v, which can be annoying.
