    How's the screen?

    Does it get hot?

    How sturdy is it?

    How reliable?

Is the GPU modular MXM or whatever?

    Anyone have any problems?

    Thanks. Any help is appreciated!

I don't actually own one but I'm bored so I thought I would take a shot. I've researched it a lot so maybe you can take what I say with a half a grain of salt.

It's some kind of flipped MXM. Modular, not really MXM.

Wow, thanks for the quick responses!

Looking to get as many responses as possible to get a good idea of how solid a system this is.

I have same experience with the silver finish.

It will get ugly, all the silver parts of the laptop are not a durable finish.
It is not sturdy at all it might be like a dell inspiron but honestly the inspiron is more sturdy.

It is a plastic notebook Its sturdier than the acers or satelites but not a lot more. You would have to be careful with it.

mine never gets hot even when gaming.

Screen has bad viewing angles but it clear and bright.

    Thanks for the replies!

Having used it for a while would you still recommend it? Or would you go for the F3sv or another model?

    Thanks!

I would recommend it, with one note: If you can find one of the few W3j left for a good price, get it. Or if you can wait for the F8 or the SR refresh, do it. However, I love my lappytop, and if I had to choose all over again (in january when i bought it. today I would wait for the refresh), I would.

Ugh will be out of the country :( The W3J looks pretty solid but I am concerned about the graphics performance.

    Also: THe Heat

The craphics performance ain't too inferior to the A8Js. In real-life performance it's probably like 5-6fps tops. Could be way of though, so don't quote me on that.
