My current HD has been giving me trouble for months. At random intervals it spins non stop for several seconds, which freezes, or slows down, the computer. I ran a utility and discovered I had bad sectors all over the HD. I figured this was the likely culprit and decided to replace the HD with a new one. Now I can't get the recovery disks I made when the computer was new to install on the new HD. The computer does try to boot from the CD drive but every time I try it the computer says something like, Please insert a bootable disk into the drive and try again. What do I do now?
