    Hello all,

I read lot of your great posts about A8JM and I thought of buying one this week. But it's too hard to find some this days in France. :( (That feel the end of the model)

I have just discovered a new model the F3JM, on Asus web site

    Major differences with A8jm:
    • CPU T2500 2.0 GHz
    • screen 15.4 " WSXGA - 1680x1050 Resolution
    • 2 Go Ram
    • SATA 120 Go HD
    • Price 1.618 Euros

Do you know this model ? It's a new serie ?
Is there a review somewhere? (on google it is rather thin and in Russian...)
When it'll be in stock ?
Can I buy it to replace A8jm?

    Thank you

I don't know but that's a great price for those specs.

    Yes in France the
    • A8JM cost 1.499 Euros (1.915 USD) and sold out ...
    • F3JM cost 1.618 Euros (2.067 USD) not in stock ...

The unknow variables were the quality (screen, heat, noise ...) of the F3 serie and the availability (I need it last day :) )

Thank you who8mahrice, the specs were more powerful than in the 2 links...
2 Go of Ram and 120 Go SATA.

A french webshop call 1000ordi (official Asus retailer; 2 year warrantly on all models) post the specs and price of the F3JM.

Maybe there is differences for the same models between coutries.
