I bought a8jp not long ago like around late Feb.
I installed the latest drivers and bios 208 from the asus site.
I get the blue screen error only when I come back from hibernating/standby.
The laptop then restarts itself and after entering windows I was prompt to send file error report and so I did. It gave me this http://wer.microsoft.com/responses/Response.aspx/10/en-us/5.1.2600.2.00010100.2.0?SGD=1815527a-e0b3-476d-9dec-d9ff329c360c

I don't know what the problem is... considering I installed the latest drivers already.
    I'm running Windows MCE

Sounds like your software install has some issues. I doubt its a problem with the a8jp hardware - its probably a video driver issue. Uninstall video and sound drivers (just in case), reboot (if it doesn't make you anyway). Reinstall, reboot. If that doesn't fix it, run a repair-install of XP.

Seems like a driver issue like Jollins said. Also try downloading the drivers from the vendor's site (i.e realtek and ATi)

Instead of repair-install, you can reformat and reinstall with a clean slate.
