    Hi!

I just got me A8JS notebook. It came with Vista Premium.
I try copying some photos and playing a dvd and I must say... I'm really disapointed !!!

Video playback and photo viewing sucks !!!

I don't know if it is a sowftware or codec problem, but... dvd playback seems like a streaming video quality.
And photos seems like they where bably scanned, instead of showing vivid colors and high quality.

    Is that normal ???
I noticed that when I go to Display options, Vista do not recognize the screen type. It just says "Generic PnP Monitor."
Is that correct ? or I should install some new driver ?

Could it also be a codec problem ?

    Thanks!!!
