    Hey,

For quite some time my A8js's fan control is not working the way its supposed to. If I have no tools like CHC installed the fan would just not kick in and the pc would shut down due to overheating. If I start the PC then when its warm the fan kicks in on full performance and wont regulate at all anymore. It just stays on full. Also, when I turn on my pc and then go on standby before the thermal shutdown and then start my pc again (while its still hot) the fan would kick in but I always need to put it on stand by for it to work.

I installed All ACPI Asus tools correctly numerous times, uninstalled them all and then again. Nothing helps. Only CHC can regulate my fan else the pc would fry.
How can I fix this problem

    Thanks!
