    A8js LCD lid grows cracks after RMA return

    After I received my laptop back from RMA, I notice there is cracks growing on my laptop lid by the right hinge. Does the warranty cover this? I did not see the cracks before the RMA service.

    Should I call back RMA and tell them this issue?

    i think u certainly should =S im about to send to RMA mine for an ODD problem.. but threads like this one and others i saw are scaring me =(

    Hi, the A8 hinge issue is a known problem, at least on this forum. If you make your case on the basis that it's a known issue, and not user mishandling the computer, they should fix your problem from warranty.
