This just started today my left click sometimes are working, and sometimes do. I have to press hard down on the left click pad to work, it is still under warranty, but does it cover this? also, i rather not send it in just this issue, is there parts from the estore to replace?

    This is what I find:

It should cover it given that it's not physical damage (although one could argue it's wear and tear, wear and tear shouldn't have the effect of ruining the touchpad buttons happen in the warranty period)

As to doing it yourself: it may be difficult to replace (I'm not sure, never took apart an A8). If it requires removing the heatsink, then you will void your warranty -- and you'd better not do that, in that case you're better off with an RMA. Top case removal can require heatsink removal, depending on the layout. And you certainly need to remove the topcase to get to the buttons. :)
