AGEARNOTEBOOKS Rock!

Hi all,
I don't generally post on forums like this, however, I just purchased a G73JH-A2 through Agearnotebooks.com and they were AWESOME! So awesome I felt compelled to write a review for them.

I ordered the unit on Wednesday and received it on Friday (I did pay for the two day air however)--it came with the bag, mouse, HD screen, etc.--all that should have come with the A2.

Man, I love this computer.

Talk to Frank in Sales. Nice guy.

I can't see what is sooo awesome here so that you felt compelled to write a review for them...

1- You paid for a two day air s/h and they shipped on Wed and you got it on Fri, This is completely as expected. What is the awesome point here?

2- You got your laptop with the bag, mouse, HD screen etc. What is the point of mentioning these? Were you expecting them to steal them? I ordered my laptop from newegg 2 years ago and it came with the bag, mouse and HD screen too! What a coincidence!!!

I ordered a #3 meal from mcdonalds and it was everything I hoped it was. The lady taking my order answered all my questions extremely promptly, especially when I asked her if fries were included. I paid for fast food price and the food really did come fast! My meal even came with a drink of my choice!!!! I highly recommend mcdonalds. Speak to John at the mcdonalds counter at 43rd street and Washington. Man, I love these fries!

All humor aside, seeing that agearnotebooks has no credit on resellerratings and an F grade on the BBB website, I'll take my business somewhere else with more credibility. OP's post does look suspeciously like an ad made by agearnotebooks. If their intentions was to gain publicity then congrats to them as they are now known as running cheap tactics with poor feedback. Not all publicity is good publicity and I don't think pulling a Paris Hilton would work in the technology industry. It's extremely rare for people to post positive opinoions on a public forum, not to mention the excitment based on something so mundane as recieving a product/service you paid for.

I generally do not post on forums--the responses my post received illustrate why.
The reason I posted about agearnotebooks, is because everything I had read about availability of the G73JH led me to believe it would take weeks to get one--actually, when I emailed XoticPC, I was told it could be a month. So, when I ordered and received my G73JH (which has been the best laptop I've used), I was pleased enough to endorse them in a public forum. That's it.

In real life I'm a teacher and in general I've come to realize that if you provide a good service to someone, they usually don't tell anyone about it, but if you provide a "less than acceptable" service, they'll tell the world.

My post was my way of trying to shift the paradigm, if only in a minute way.

I don't know if other people have had terrible experiences with them, but mine was good and I was just letting you know.
