    Will it void my n80 warranty if i put on AS5? (i would use some newer stuff, but i have some as5 already).

    Yes, it is void immediately as you have to break the warranty seals over the heatsink screw to get it off. AS5 provides only a limited benefit in notebooks, anyway, and isn't worth the consequence of a voided warranty on a new notebook, imo. If the warranty is expired, well, that's different ;).
