    Hey y'all :)

I got an ASUS A2H with 512RAM running at 266mhz, is it safe to add a kingston 1ghz running at 533mhz? I know it will slow dow to 266, but still it would provide better performance than with 512........

anybody knows if the 266 model is compatible with 533 memories?

AFAIK the RAM needs to be:
    1. The same type (DDR vs DDR2)
    2. The same slot (SODIMM usually in laptops; some ultraportables uSODIMM)
