    ASUS A8JP suddenly died on me?

    The laptop has never given me problems till a couple nights ago. I purchased it back in January 2007.

    Anyways the it started acting a little weird so I turned it off. When I tried to turn it back on it just started beeping like crazy, I reset it then it acted fine. I went out for a while, came back and turned it back on. It turned on but as soon as I plugged it in it just died. Nothing works, only thing that works is the battery light on the front turns on when I plug it in the wall. Tried removing the power supply and hard drive and putting em back in, no luck.

    Just wondering if anyone has any experience with these laptops, thanks :)

    Well I liked the laptop but if they just tend to die all of the sudden then I gotta go with someone else guys. Could anybody give me a few pointers?
