    Hello guys

I´m looking for information about upgrade my A8JS laptop at whole internet, and on this forum I found this:

    http://forum.notebookreview.com/showthread.php?t=127402
    http://forum.notebookreview.com/showthread.php?t=91715
    http://forum.notebookreview.com/showthread.php?t=170801

But both are some years old and not offers tested info. I´ve found threads about the same matter on other forums but I´m not sure that I can put here

Then A8JS has a special type of MXM II, but now someone has got upgrade his A8JS or knows a compatible videocard?

    Thanks all! :)

    Welcome to the forum!

If you've read all those, then the answer is still the same.

No, you can't. Video gpu's in all of Asus systems are essentially custom fabrications to conform to the chassis/motherboard specs.

It's limited by either a BIOS or motherboard issue and the A8j series is EOL for nearly 18 months, so Asus will not be updating the BIOS anymore.

    Hi Estopero,

As Clearskies mentioned, the graphics card on the A8Jc is not upgradable at all. If you want a better performing graphics card, your only option is to purchase an entirely new laptop.
