    ASUS Accidental Damage Warranty (ADW)

    I registered for my ASUS Accidental Damage Warranty (ADW) on the web site.

    The website say they will send me a confirmation email but until now, i did not receive anything. It had been two days.

    I cannot completed my registration for ADW if Asus did not send me the confirmation email.

    By the way, i put my address as a country outside of the USA and Canada but i brought my laptop from a online retailer in the USA. So even though i do not stay in the USA or Canada, my laptop should still qualified for ADW because i brought my laptop from a online retailer in the USA. Am i right?

    What should i do now???

    I never got an email either. I called them and they said to just send the confirmation page. She said it is the same as the confirmation email.

    i know this may seem like resurrecting a dead thread but i send in my ADW around January and just got my confirmation email a week or 2 ago. so if you hasn't gotten it yet, it should be coming soon

    I never got one, I just kept calling asus to get confirmation.

    Also, if you're outside Canada/US, I don't think your ADW is valid (if asus knows about it).
