It says its a Performance Monitor from IObit.
This starts when I reboot and looks like a desktop gadget.
I can't find it in Desktop Gadgets.
It looks like something you get as a trial.
Do I need it? If not, how do I remove it?
I'm using an ASUS A55A model notebook.
    Thank you.

    Bloatware.
Doesn't it show up in Uninstall Programs in Control Panel?

It's not Asus proprietary software and yes, you can safely remove it. You may use Revo Uninstaller if you want, but the simplest way is to use sangemaru's suggestion: Control Panel -> Programs and Features -> Highlight (list is in alphabetical order) -> Uninstall.
