ASUS Bios (Complete Noob Question)

How do I update my BIOS from 2.07 to 2.09?

Also which button do I press to get into it? Last time I had to get into it I just pressed Esc, F2, F10, DEL (Both Buttons) right as the computer was starting up and sure enough one of them worked. Which one?

Lastly, I am having a problem with a game I am playing and the problem could be a setting in my BIOS. I need to change the FSB Memory Config, how would I go about doing this?

I have an ASUS G50Vt-X2.

What game? What error?

As for the update, i don`t recommend it, i have a g50vt-x1, after the update i had to update the wifi drivers to make my notebook connect to the internet again and now is a fight to get it connected, but only in my home, don't know if it's good or bad...

 

Need more information about the game. And press F2 to get into BIOS upon startup. You can also press Tab to get to the text-y bits of the startup.
