    ASUS EEE 1008HA Seashell question about the battery?

    I know the batteries in these are not user switchable on the fly. But are they easily user replaceable when they wear out permanently?

    I took the battery out of my 1008HA and the process takes about 15 minutes. The hardest part for me was removing the keyboard (it's held down with double-sided tape) and prying the top chassis with your fingers.
