    Hey buddy. I'm pretty sure any 2GB DDR2 SODIMM RAM will work fine. However, the Buffalo runs at 800MHz, and I believe the 1000HE would only utilize up to 667MHz (so to be safe, I'd just go with 667).

    I'm positive, however, that [ THIS] RAM would work perfectly, and appears to cost less than the ones you linked too. Best of luck! I'm interested in getting an 1000HE myself.

    As far as other info goes, I've heard it runs the Windows 7 beta great, as well as a certain operating system that directly rivals Windows, which I'm personally particularly interested in checking out. ;)

    I've heard that the 800mhz ram gives more headroom if you want to overclock, but otherwise theres no difference.
