This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Hi everyone,

    Can anybody tell me if I can install/use WordPerfect and Dragon 8 (without committing suicide) on this laptop?:

    ASUS Eee PC 2G Surf - Galaxy Black Eee PC Intel processor 7" Wide VGA 512MB Memory 2GB HDD Integrated Graphics

    I need a SMALL portable CHEAP laptop for those 2 apps.. any other suggestions are welcomed as well.
