    Maybe by using msconfig or hijackthis you can prevent it to be started at OS boot time.

    Or simply uninstall it? Or remove its entry from the registry?

    Uninstall it from the Programs/Remove in Control Panel.

    Or you can remove its registry just like what E.B.E. said.
