how do you know what battery is compatable with the ASUS F3SV-X1? i need another battery and would prefer to get one that is 12 cell, but as long as its like 9 or something bigger than a 6cell i will be fine

im ordering from NCIX, so i would like to get the battery there too, so if anyone has any input on this one it would be greatly appreciated

so all the batteries for the F3SV series are the same then? because i have been looking for a battery for the X1 only :)

another question, would that battery work for a F3SC-A1 too?

Well I have ordered and am waiting for this laptop to come in. But from my experience, with any laptop, if you remove the battery you will usually find some kind of model number or something of the sort. Either look through the manual of your notebook or on the battery and once you find out the make and model of the battery, either order it directly from Asus- in which case you can simply call and say I would like to order a 9-cell battery for the F3sv X1, or you can search online for the battery.
