    Hi there,

I have had this laptop for around 4 months. It was originally running on Vista but I found it too slow so I changed to XP. I had no problems with wireless on Vista but when I changed to XP, my wireless stopped working. The wireless light is on, but no matter which driver I download, the computer can not recognize any wireless connections or there is an error when installing the driver. Any suggestions?

Other than finding the right driver I have no suggestion.

Here's how to try to find it:
    - look up the type of your particular wireless card
    - look for an older ASUS laptop with the same wireless card, but for which XP is supported (if there is one)
    - download the XP driver for that model,a nd install it

(edit: pls don't double post. I deleted the other thread with the same contents)
