Hey guys. I'm Jen here, from Malaysia.
I've been using Windows 7 Ultimate on F80Q almost a year, and the svchost.exe is been very annoying to me. svchost.exe uses up a lot of CPU and it's annoying because the audio glitches when I play music on WMP. I need help here. I checked the processes using Process Explorer and I found out that svchost.exe (netsvc) is the culprit. My CPU usage spikes up when I'm connected to the network (wireless and cable). I'm suspecting the network card is causing this problem. Is the network card attached separately to the motherboard or it's built in it?
I seriously need help here. :(

I had the same problem on my old p4 machine. It was a root kit. Simply download Unhackme. Brilliant free program and let it run at startup and then delete all suspicious files at the registry level through the program. Very easy to use; it should cure your problem nicely.
