ASUS F8SV and F8SA? Need info please.

Hello,

I was just looking for information on the ASUS F8SV and the F8SA model notebooks. I am looking towards the pre-order with MilestonePC, but a little hesitant due to limited information on these models. Does anyone know the difference between these two? If so could you be so kind as too please share the information with me.

Also I know the F8 series is a 14" with Santa Rosa and I do like the specs so far, however does anyone have any ideas about the battery life?

Will the 8600 GT 256mb come with VDDR III ? Will the clocking speeds compare to that of the G1S-A1 model?

I have recently purchased a G1S-A1 from milestonePC and have been very pleased with this notebook. So I hope that the F8 can compare, as I plan to give this as a going back to school gift for my brother. Thanks for any help.

The difference is in the video card...
The a has ATI the v has nvidia

I also heard the product is late because of issues.
Should be out in Mid October.
However, Excaliber PC has it for pre-order.
