    I dunno whether my ASUS G1 has built in mic. I'm using Team Speak and can't communicate with my members as I can't seem to talk.
    Does my laptop come with mic? If yes how do I activate it?

    There should be an integrated MIC. Maybe it's muted from the sound control panel.

    no it's not muted, i turned it to max... guess mic is dead :(

    And if it works i suggest you to buy a micro mic (headset) because integrated mic's give mostly bad quality sound...

    I got an Logitech USB 350 Headset and the quality is really super

    Try turning on the mic boost. I have to do that on my S96J for people to be able to hear me in teamspeak.
    Oh, wait... that's with my external mic.

    Hmm, I think when I put mic-boost on with the external, I got feedback, but that was before I got my newer S96Jm barebones...
