How do I fix such mess? Do I have to send it to ASUS just to have this little thing fixed?

If the tabs/clips that fasten the key to the plate are broken, I don't think there is any solution besides (a) sending to ASUS or (b) get a new keyboard from the ASUS eStore. (b) is the potentially faster / zero downtime solution, but you do need to pay some money.

Now if the clips are NOT broken, you should be able to just push it back in.
