    Hi guys,

My G1S just got motherboard fried and backed to repair and got it back on today.

Then I recognize that they had formatted the laptop for me.

So I just go and buy a new 500GB Harddrive and install the vista back.

After I re-installed all the BIOS, some asus driver..etcs, everything with movies, going for internet seems smooth and fine.

But when once I enter any games, it just keep lag for 10sec > smooth for few minutes > lag > smooth > .... no matter I turn down the resolution, or vsync.

One thing is thoses games I played were still smooth before I got my G1S repaired.

Do anyone knows what just happen to my G1S..?

I feel so bad when I playing some FPS games and when I saw the enemy and suddenly it lag, then I freaking dead high!

I think my laptop underwent the same surgery.
You might need to install different drivers for the new board than before. Did they replace it with the G1Sn board with the 9500M GS? If so, take a look under the G1Sn section on the ASUS website and look for drivers.
