    ASUS G1S replacement?

    I should really post this in the 'which notebook' forum, but for some reason it just logs me out whenever I try there.

    I have an Asus G1s, which I use for gaming, or did before the screen was damaged when my husband fell on it! (yes, he's ok. but I checked the PC first!)

    I cannot get a replacement via my insurers, as the stockist they use does not have this model any more (PC World UK). What is the closest I can look for? I love my G1S and now have no idea what to consider replacing it with.

    G2S, Very similar, different colours here and there, but basically the same!
