    Im contemplating buying this laptop as well, just wanna know the real world difference between the GPU 9800GS and 9800 GTS,GT

    9800M GS is a lower clocked 9800M GTS from what I've heard.

    Interesting that on nvidia's site, 9800m GTS is rated at 240 gigaflops, where as 9800m GS is rated at 254 gigaflops. (Click specification on the following page :)

    9800m GS:

    If surely this means there is actually hardware difference, than just clock difference?
