Well first of all I would really like to have my ram run at 800mhz as it is the biggest bottle neck, but no go. I have disabled turbo gear and uninstalled it from my computer (better yet ive already wiped vista home and put on vista business 64) and I get as far as the loading bar for vista then a few seconds and it blue screens.
The WLAN switch does not work, once its off it won't turn back on.
The Memory Card reader slot is the most useless thing, I mean if you could push the Memory stick in and the card would push out so you could actually grab it would be awesome, but it doesnt I have to use needle nose pliers to remove it and I have small fingers. Same with pulling out the cover for the PCMCIA slot, no extender.
As for turbo gear running, no difference. I do believe that I should have the computer recognize it at a higher clock frequency if I view the system properties, but I don't see a difference.
I have already RMA'd the laptop. Anyone else have problems like this? I could care less about the memory card reader slot and the PCMCIA, but the RAM is a big issue with me.

My card ejects just fine, i can grab it with my big german sausage fingers
j/k on the sausage fingers, but they arent small. As for the turbo gear, having it on raises my vista rating from a 5.2 to a 5.3, so I'm guessing that it's doing something.
No idea on the wireless switch -
Wait your card ejects? I don't have any of that...I think I might have a really defective laptop. I have to manually pull out the card. There is no eject.
So there are others with this laptop that works perfectly....anyone who has problems like mine? -
I did RMA my laptop so hopefully it will all work perfectly, if your laptop does have a feature where if you push the MMC SD card in it will eject (like every device does) let me know. Oh and sauerkraut my card does not eject >.< somebody was really lazy when assembling my laptop i guess.

Well ive got ram opperating at 800mhz without blue screening, had to update bios. Unfortunately with turbo gear enabled I cannot run at 800mhz.
