    Bit of a strange question to ask, and I'm not sure if it will work, but if anyone has a asus k501lb model and could help me out resetting my embedded controller with your values I would greatly appreciate being able to stop these endless BSODs that I'm getting from changing a value..

    What I need is the EC controller values from someone who has the same model as me. http://rweverything.com/download/ use this program, start it up, click on EC on the top panel, click save config as or what ever it says and save the rw everything file to your desktop, then upload it and I can load it into mine, and hope it fixes the problem.

    I am probably out of luck, but this is my last hope before I sell this thing. I ruined my laptop utterly. Don't play with those values guys, really don't.
