Does the laptop at least POST - and not boot into Windows? Or it does not start up at all now?

The laptop is not booting into Windows, there are some buttons which are turned green (status indicator ), the HDD indicator is OFF and the screen is black, no icon about Asus logo :(

So you're getting LED indicators (and do you hear any fans?), but no POST. :(

Try removing the battery and unplugging everything from any and all ports. Let the laptop sit for a minute, and press the power button a couple of times while everything is disconnected. Re-insert the battery and/or the AC adapter, and then try starting it.

If you still have the same problem after that, the only other recommendation I can make is to remove all peripherals, battery and AC adapter again, and try resetting the BIOS by removing the CMOS battery for a minute, then re-seat it and turn it back on. But if you're under warranty, it's better that you don't do this and send the laptop in for RMA instead.

Yes, the fan is spinning, i tried with your method, but without the CMOS because it's in warranty. Still no Windows
I hope that service will repair it even i upgraded the BIOS, here in my country.
    Thanks for your support.

Considering the BIOS was provided by Asus and it's the culprit, they should service the laptop under warranty. Sorry to hear you are having so much trouble with it, though. :(
