This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    In 2009 or 2010, a deal was inked between Asus and Toshiba, where by from about 6 months on, Asus would build and rebrand Toshiba laptops.

    The K73TA is a larger version of the already released K53TA. Many members (myself included) rushed out and grabbed the K53TAs and have reported all about them in the ever popular, totally scattered K53TA thread:

    K53TA the best deal ever...

    The screen will be larger, but the performance (which is excellent) will be the same.
