    Hi,I just joined today hope someone can help me out with my question here we go :Hi all,My son just bought an asusX50RL from ebuyer about a week ago it has windows xp pro installed,all working fine the only thing is when it comes to the blue welcome screen it hangs on there for a while longer that expected,we have looked in the msconfig startup tab and all seems okay.But there are a few items that we would like some advice on please in the add/remove dept there are a number of items :
    Asus instant fun
    Asus live update
    Asus multi frame
    Asaus splendid video enhance
    Asus cam
    Asus touch pad extra
    Athens client installer
    ATI software
    ATI catalyst.
    Do i need all the above,I have read on other forums that maybe we dont need them all can anyone please help us.??
    It did have norton antivirus installed when he had it but he removed it and has now AVG 8,He also uninstalled all the sympatec that was related to the norton.
    Can anyone please assist us on this matter.Thanks,
