Just purchased the laptop and chose not to register my fingerprints when I logged on for the first time and now I can't seem to find anyway to do so. I looked through the user manual and there isn't a TPM Security option in my BIOS Setup Utility (pressing F2 on system startup). Anyone know how I can bring up the utility to register my fingerprints?

    IM having this same problem.

    M51Sn-A1

The only thing I did differently was that I actually registered mine lol. I swiped my index finger several times, and then it forced me to do another finger, so i did... And then, next system start up, Nothing worked. I havent been able to use it since the day I got it.

Any help from others on this subject would be great lol

I managed to solve the problem, the wizard can be found on the drivers disc that comes with the laptop. There's something like ASUS Security Center on the disc and after installing it'll re-prompt you to run through the fingerprint wizard.

Same here, ASUS Security Protect Manager was not installed by default. But it *is* included on the drivers disk. It's in ASPM\SetupIAM.exe.
