I know for a fact taht the G51/G60 series have encountered the BsoD errors when playing certain games. But I have also come across this error on the M60J. I just want to know if there is another person out there who also has this error.
I think badgering ASUS for new BIOS fix should be in order; as this error is EXTREMELY ANNOYING!!!!!!!!!

As far as I know this problem was reported to ASUS. Hopefully they will provide a bios update in the near future.

if you disable "quiet boot" in BIOS, does it have 'evaluation copy' at the bottom? i'm curious to see if they might've reused CMOS code across the M60, G51J and G51Jx.
also before i google, what power adapter (wattage) do you have?

Sorry, I will not be able to answer your question. :(
I don't have M60J. I was very interested in buying it, but I cancelled the order after I found out that lot of people have BSOD problems.
    I went for N71JQ instead.
I know that it was reported to ASUS by Ken back in January. Let's hope ASUS will release a bios update.

I do believe that G51J and M60J share same bios, but G51J has a different vBios (video bios) so one cannot flash M60 with G51 bios.
If sombody does it then he will end up with a dead notebook. :(

Hi', I have the M60J and experiencing BSOD while playing...
Do you mean the wattage of the battery ?! If yes it's 53Wh... If not, I don't know what you're talking about cause there is no information about that on the supplier..

the power brick. it will either be 90W or 120W, with my guess sitting on 90 (it's more for the G51 series throttling problem).
all you unfortunate M60 owners should open support tickets as often as possible, with reference to here and maybe our compiled info from the g51j BSOD: http://g51jbsod.wikia.com/wiki/ASUS_G51J-A1_0x124_BSOD
