    Hi guys,

I´m setting up my new M6NE notebook and now i´m not sure what to pick if a Hard drive of 80GB 5400 RPM with 16mb buffer or 60gb with 7200 RPM, because i´m afraid if the porformance of the 80gigs drive is to bad comparing with the 60gb 7200 RPM. but those 20 extra Gbs are a must.

There is any benchmark about those 2 type of drives or any user tried and compared them.

    all the feedback is welcome

    Paul

in terms of "real world" performance, you will notice almost no difference in performance. The 80 Gb with 16 MB Cache will be excellent.. and plus you get 20 Gb extra.
I say the 80 Gb is the obvious choice here...[ :)]
