I have ASUS N550JK and after upgrading to windows 10, I have also been noticing that my laptop has became very noisy.
Maybe is has something to do with the either improper drivers provided or no drivers provided by the ASUS or it could be new windows system cooling policy that has been playing its role.

It's possible you'll see more activity (you can check in Task Manager), which can result in higher temps. Your system shouldn't overheat simply because Asus isn't providing Win 10 drivers. Have you checked other contributing factors (fans, heatsinks, thermal compound)?
