    ASUS N51 Fan Access

    Hi Guys,
    I have an Asus NV51 model notebook and it is over-heating. I believe this is due to fluff blocking the fan intake.

    So where can I find dis assembly assistance to access the fan?
    (It is NOT in warranty.)

    Any pointers appreciated.

    You can access the fan from the bottom cover, remove few screws and you will see the fan with the heatsink:

    Yes it's removable and make sure re-apply thermal paste.
