    Hi all,

Two months ago, I have buyed an Asus N55SF-1292V notebook. From first day, I notice that the keyboard quality look quite poor. About a week ago, a key ("ò") is unhooked and then I have reattached in its place. In addition, when I press the arrow keys, the base of the keyboard is starting to push down slightly producing a click noise very irritating. Asus N55SF is a good notebook but I'm shocked and highly disappointed for the poor quality of the keyboard. Somebody else can share his/her experience?

    Thanks.

Yes, I have to agree it is the worst part possible fitted to the laptop. No major problems with mine yet (it hasn't fallen apart), but it is extremely poorly made. I raised this with Asus but they deny there's any problem or that customers around the world have complained about the keyboard. I suggested they look up there own machine on any number of laptop forums and read the negative comments themselves! I also asked for the name of the keyboard's manufacturer so I could approach them direct about getting a better version... they declined to answer. The keyboard is truly shocking on this otherwise perfectly good laptop.
