This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Well, does windows detect an unknow device or an imaging device in device manager. It it just isn't present as either an imaging or unknown device in the device manager, then if your laptop is still under warranty, i'd advise you RMA.
