    Hey All Guys,

Do you know that ASUS has a Notebook Display Center at Vally Fair Mall at Santa Clara in California. The location of that Display Center is located at the first floor in which is pretty closed to "Built A Bear" and Lady FootLocker. You will be easier to find it if you are at the Macy's Women Department Store there.
The reason why I knew this display center at Vally Fair Mall, because I saw the adv. from a Chinese newspaper. So, I decided to go over there to take a look by last Sunday. The display center is so great and there are all the notebooks at there, included the one (W1N) I saw from the newspaper. Actually, there was a guy who was from ASUS and he did help me a lot for answering all my questions. I could go to look at every single model at there and I was very satisfied of their notebooks and the service.
Now, I am planning to purchase one ASUS notebook and I do believe that I will go to buy the W1N. Because it is a cool looking and it has 4.1 channel speakers with Sub-woofer. CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT!!! Moreover, the price is pretty reasonable and the ASUS guy also tell me that I can either go to their website to check the section of "Where to BUY" for finding the online resellers. Anyway, now I cannot wait for this W1N notebook, so please go to VALLY FAIR MALL to check it out or any other notebook models.

Hopefully you guys will feel the samething as me!!

    Hey z3phrn,

I saw your reply for this topic, so well, I can answer those questions for you. First, they do also display the barebone notebooks at there. The size of the barebone notebooks is from 12" to 15.4" inch, so there is quite good at selection and you can go to look at the notebook and play around the notebooks.
I know that ASUS is doing the partnership program with Central Computer at the Vally Fair Mall. So, if you are interested to purchase the notebooks, either the barebone or completed system, then you can either go to Central Computer and they will provide the service and the configuration for you on the barebone system. If you want to customize the ideal notebook, then they will provide the service for you too.
I also found an online reseller who is selling the ASUS notebooks, included the barebone system. Moreover you may be able to save up to $65 if you purchase the notebook from this website. The website address is www.stipc.com and enter the coupon# "ASUS004", then you can be able to get the saving up to $65.00. I believe that you can go to check it out after you go to Vally Fair Mall. Anyway, hopefully this information will help you out. Thank you.

    Thx for the info.

The asus section on the central computer site has been down for a while though, but ill see what they have at the store [central computer is about 100 feet away from where i live]. I always look at their ads, but their notebooks are overpriced. Do you mean to buy the barebone from asus then get the other parts from central?

    z3phrn,

Actually, you have to purchase the barebone notebook from central computer and they will also provide the configuration for you. However, if you think the Central Computer is overprice, then you can go to check out those ASUS notebooks and then you can go to log on the ASUS website and then click to "where to buy" section. Then they will have a lot of online resellers that you choose from purchasing the Notebooks or you can log on to www.stipc.com and they do sell the barebone system for you to customize the notebook. Please check it out from the website and then you can get more information. Thank you
